Chamber pump  --------  Pneumatic conveying of powder, loading and unloading

The original bulk cement loading was carried out by belt conveying, which could not truly meet the requirements of fully sealed environmental protection transportation. After the transformation and design of our company, the design adopts the warehouse side pneumatic conveying system for loading, and the cement in the cement warehouse in the factory is transported to the steel silo of the wharf through the pneumatic conveying pump, and then loaded by the rotary ship loader, so as to realize the whole pipeline delivery of bulk cement, which is safe and environmentally friendly. The conveying and loading output is 280t/h~300t/h,horizontal distance 100m,vertical distance 10m.
